In this Leiden-based, psychoanalytically oriented practice, you will be heard for the truth that your symptom is trying to speak.

This approach is for anyone struggling with symptoms that feel burdensome, including - but not limited to - anxiety, depression, melancholia, OCD, ADHD, identity dysphoria, autism, burnout, relationship issues, repetitive or compulsive patterns around eating and around substance use.

Such symptoms can feel confusing, or you may have experienced experience that although you deeply understand what to do, knowledge alone doesn’t bring change—and the struggle keeps repeating.

Next to the aforementioned conditions, this approach can be beneficial for you, if you are struggling with your desire, for example by feeling “blocked” or unmotivated. I believe in exploring your unknown desires and underlying structures to help develop self-awareness and facilitate personal transformation.
