COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Therapeutisch Centrum Leiden is a partnership of independent practitioners who work together within the centre but run their own practice. It is the intention of all practitioners to offer you effective treatment. Should unexpected problems or difficulties arise, then we invite you to discuss these with the relevant practitioner in a personal conversation. If you feel that your complaint is not adequately acknowledged, you can follow the complaints procedure of the relevant practitioner.

If you travel by car, you can park on Middelstegracht itself or, for example, in the Albert Heijn garage (directly opposite the practice). Travelling by public transport is also a possibility: bus 6 (direction Leyhof) from Leiden Central Station, bus stop Hooigracht. From the bus stop, about a 1-minute walk.
