Hi! I am Nancy Katimertzoglou, a psychologist specializing in systemic therapy for individuals, couples, and families. My goal is to empower you to navigate life’s complexities and foster deeper, more meaningful connections. I am particularly inspired by the words of Dr. Gabor Maté that "trauma is not what happens to us, but what happens inside us as a result of what happens to us" - and families are often the first place this gets passed on.
To support this journey, I offer specialized parenting sessions and workshops aimed at building resilience and communication within the home. Additionally, I provide expert guidance for expatriates navigating cross-cultural adjustment, as well as evidence-based support for those reclaiming stability from addiction and trauma.
My work is centered on creating a thoughtful and supportive therapeutic space where exploration, understanding, acceptance, and change can unfold at a meaningful pace.
