I see a crisis in people's lives as an opportunity to grow. I work from contemplative psychology where loving acceptance of all that is plays an important role in the healing process and where mindfulness helps in learning to befriend yourself.
Haptotherapy invites people to connect with feelings stored in the body through conversation, experiential exercises, respectful and loving touch.
